Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a Contractor to carry out building alteration works to its Council Offices.
The proposed Contract is a one-off project and works must be completed by the 27th July 2015. This Contract will be let on the basis of a fixed price for labour and the submitted method statements.
Works will include but not limited to –

| • | Removing ceilings |
| • | Erecting internal walls and ceilings |
| • | Electrical works |
| • | Plumbing / heating works |
| • | Making good, including decoration |

Closing date for receipt of Tenders is 12noon Wednesday 29th April 2015 Deadline for Clarification requests is Wednesday 22nd April 2015
