Establishing an Infrastructure and Investment Strategy for the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)

Sandwell MBC - Requirement for a Commission to develop an infrastructure and investment strategy that meets the aspiration of the West Midlands Combined Authority Strategic Economic Plan.

Local Authorities within the West Midlands are in the process of establishing a Combined Authority (CA) within the region. Several work streams of activity have been established to progress this proposal. Further details on the Combined Authority and its plans for the future can be found at www.westmidlandscombined authority.org.uk.

Sandwell MBC on behalf of the CA have a requirement for a commission to be undertaken to build on the existing body of work completed to date for the CA and develop from this, an infrastructure and investment strategy that meets the aspiration of the CA’s Strategic Economic Plan.
