Herefordshire Housing group are inviting tenders for the provision of legal services to complement the work of the in-house team.
The successful firm will enter into a three year contract of engagement, commencing April 2016. The value of the contract is expected to be approximately 150k GBP per annum.
A single provider is sought that can provide advice and support in all areas of law, but particularly the law relating to housing, charity, employment, procurement, contract management, development governance, bond finance and health & safety.
