Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Bishops Cleeve Primary Academy invite suitable, qualified and experienced hard Landscaping Contractors to carry the construction of a new Car Park numbering 14 spaces using Grasscrete Paving at Bishop's Cleeve Primary Academy Tobyfield Road Bishop's Cleeve Gloucestershire

Allow to provide temporary protection / covers to existing surfaces / fittings and or finishes for duration of the works. Staff and site visitor vehicles may be parked within the works areas; prior notice should be provided of the affected areas and sufficient barriers and signage installed to secure the works areas.

It is recommended that the contractor undertake a photo condition survey of the works areas in advance of any works.

The form of contract will be JCT Building Contract (Minor Works) 2016

Grasscrete GC3 76mm deep laid on consolidated sub-base minimum 150mm depth in accordance with Specification for Highway Works Clause 803 with a 10/20mm blinding layer of sand

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

All staff employed on this project must be in receipt of a Standard Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) registration.

Bishop's Cleeve Primary Academy reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
