Design and Delivery of the most appropriate Broadband Access Solution(s) to designated areas of Suffolk Coastal District which currently have no service or service below the threshold of 10mb/s.
This may require working jointly with other contractors to identify and deliver the most effective solution on a case by case/area by area basis.
