Kirklees Council is looking to procure a suitably qualified contractor to undertake external repairs, including new shopfronts, windows and doors to two historic buildings within a conservation area, one of which is Grade 2 listed (63 Daisy Hill) and the other of local historic importance (15 Union Street) to heritage standard.
