GB-Edinburgh: Calibration of Test Equipment Services

The Northern Lighthouse Board is seeking to appoint a Contractor who will manage and maintain the calibration of our test equipment during the contract period February 2020 to January 2024. This Framework Agreement will include servicing on an annual basis to meet all statutory requirements providing all appropriate documentation, replacement parts as necessary.

As part of this service the successful supplier will be required to have an online system to facilitate and co-ordinate this service which includes the facility to but not limited to:

•Notification of Calibration Scheduling

•Online calibration booking service

•Arrange uplift and return delivery - with tracking facilities

•Online progress reports

•Condition, Repair Reports and Certifications

•Online payment facilities (GPC, Direct Debit, invoice against Purchase Orders etc.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
