Strategic Consultancy Services
On an as required basis, reporting to the CEO (Interim) One CAM Ltd:
- a.Oversight of the mobilisation of PA Consulting as the Lot 3 consultant.
- b.Advise the CAM Procurement Manager and Lot 3 CAM Project Manager on approval of the Lot 3 Task Order 1.
- c.Provide advice and guidance to the Lot 3 CAM Project Manager
- d.Provide expert advice to the CEO (Interim) and Programme Director (Interim) on management of business consultancy contracts including resourcing, efficiency, deliverables and reporting.
- e.Support the induction of the Strategy and Sponsorship Director through programme briefings (planned arrival 14 June 2021)
