ECO4 installers to develop, deliver and manage a holistic ECO4 Flexible Eligibility service for households in GM that incorporates:
- property identification, lead generation
- householder engagement, referral work with GMCA's statement of intent as published online (1st November). -provide necessary documents to assist GMCA/GM LAs in the signing of the declaration form.
- assist in the submission of signed declaration form to Ofgem.
- PAS2035 compliant- Advice, Assessment, Retrofit Coordination and Evaluation
- supply chain engagement/procurement if appropriate
- contract administration/management
- provision of ECO4funding, sourcing and utilisation of these funds
works Quality Assurance and delivery of works after install of ECO4 measures to notify Ofgem
- Post works client care.
