Nottingham City Council are seeking a suitably experienced Extra Care provider for Winwood Heights - a brand new Extra Care service which has been developed in partnership between Nottingham City Council and Nottingham City Homes. The new building includes 39 units of accommodation. 4 units are to be used for Assessment Apartments and 15 for Extra Care and these units are the subject of the service specification. This service also includes the provision of night care. Nottingham City Homes will act as the landlord of the property and there will be an office made available to the care provider which will be leased to them by Nottingham City Homes. The service is anticipated to commence at the beginning of July 2019. The contract will be in place for three years with potential to extend for a further three years. The contract value is estimated to be £203,689 per annum. This contract to be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
