The Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), an executive agency of the Department for Transport (DfT), requires provision of assessor for the DVSA Executive Board. The DVSA Board (the Board) carries out an annual self-assessment of its effectiveness and capabilities. To ensure the Board operate with effectively and efficiency it now seeks an independent, external assessment.
