The Contractor shall be responsible for all design, procurement, installation, works indicated within the tender documentation Specification and the Contract Drawings which shall generally comprise: -
- oProduction of all working drawings, sections, elevations, schematics, builders-work, fabrication, manufacturing drawings and wiring diagrams required for all windows and doors which require replacement.
- oBuilders works associated with the installation of the above.
- oSupply and installation of loft insulation, to the areas detailed, to meet the required thermal properties.
- oInspection and Testing.
- oProduction of operation and maintenance manuals and final as installed record drawings.
- oCompletion of a 'turnkey' installation
