N0218 - Passenger Lift Installation Victoria Centre

Nottingham City Homes invites tenders for the full refurbishment of 6 x new passenger lifts, within the existing lifts shafts at Victoria Centre Flats, Milton Street, Nottingham.

The works comprise of the dismantling of the 6 existing passenger lifts, with the supply, installation and commissioning of 6 x new passenger lifts to the specification.

The project will also include the necessary additional items to bring the lifts in line with the current British Standards and the Health & Safety at Work Act.

The contract period will be for a period of 36 months. Nottingham City Homes reserves the right to terminate the contract at the end of year 1 or at any time thereafter on not less than one month's notice. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.

The Commencement and Completion dates are to be agreed

A site visit will take place on Thursday 31st August 2017. It is essential that tenderers attend the site visit to conduct a site survey to ensure a full understanding of the sites and all of the lifts which are subject to this Contract.
