As part of this new build project at Newcastle Helix, we are creating a new building to accommodate two national innovation institutes (Ageing and Data). We require new audio-visual equipment to be provisioned and installed in the following spaces:

• 1.21A & B Large Seminar Room
• 2.02, 2.03, 2.06, 2.07, 2.13, 2.14, 2.15, 2.31, 2.32 & 2.33 Meeting/Huddle Rooms
• 2.25 & 2.30 Medium Meeting Rooms
• 3.03 Partnership Office
• 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.31 & 3.32 Meeting/Huddle Rooms
• 3.26 & 3.30 Medium/Large Meeting Rooms
• 4.15, 4.16, 4.40, 4.41 & 4.42 Meeting/Huddle Rooms

This opportunity is only being made available to the suppliers appointed to the "Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance" (Lot 2) framework who have confirmed they will tender for work at Newcastle University. The terms and conditions of this framework agreement shall apply to any award made from this procurement process.
