Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the Supply of CNC Fiber Laser Cutter.

Unite Procurement UK Limited is seeking qualified suppliers capable of providing:

High-performance CNC fiber laser cutting systems suitable for industrial and precision manufacturing applications. Equipment must be capable of cutting and engraving a wide range of materials including metals (stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, copper, brass), non-metals (plastics, rubber, leather, textiles), and composite materials. Systems should feature advanced control systems, high cutting speeds, precision accuracy, and reliable performance for continuous operational use.

Suppliers must provide comprehensive technical documentation, operational training, installation support, and ongoing maintenance services. Capability to provide spare parts, technical support, software updates, and troubleshooting assistance is essential. Suppliers should demonstrate experience with military and defence sector applications where applicable.

Suppliers should be capable of customising equipment specifications to meet specific operational requirements and integrating systems with existing manufacturing infrastructure where required.

Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations.

Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
