Homes for Haringey Refurbishment & Cleaning of Communal Extract Ventilation Systems in 6 tower blocks - the works include (but are not limited to) the cleaning of ventilation ducts and replacement of the existing roof mounted ventilation equipment, individual control vents in each flat and all electrical services.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
