Birmingham City Council are seeking an audio-visual specialist, who can assess the existing installation, and create a final complete solution by supplementing or retrofitting additional AV to create a state-of-the-art conference, meeting and events space with the most up to date technological innovations.
This opportunity is for experienced audio visual specialist to design, suppliers and install a complete and final conference, meeting and events solution to include cameras connected to the meeting room TV, conference phone equipment and if affordable an alternative connection solution to bring these elements together in a single simple connection for customers to use.
The supplier will be required to install and commission the proposed solution and provide training and manuals for staff as part of the handover process. The supplier will be asked to contribute to customer user manuals that will be created as part of the roll out of the new system.
BCC is looking to forge an ongoing working relationship with the supplier to ensure a truly audio-visual solution for the premier venue in Birmingham.
