Data Analyst

The role will be working in a critical area of systems delivery aimed at supporting the UK's future trade arrangements following the end of transition. Work has already started on the development of two key national systems to support the import and export of live animals, products of animal origin and high-risk food and feed. These systems are slowly being introduced to industry ahead of the end of transition and there will be significant business readiness activity to ensure trade readiness and minimal disruption to trade.

The posting is in a highly pressurised and fast paced area of delivery, where policies and requirements may change rapidly as they are subject to wider EU negotiations. The programme will need to be responsive to this changing environment whilst maintaining focus on delivering the essential deliverables for December 2020.
