Location: Based at Independent Living Centre, Oldbury however will be home working predominantly

Brief description:

Adult Social Care currently have a temporary vacancy for an Operations Manager within the Social Work and Therapy Service of Adult Social Care.

This role will have operational responsibility for Enquiry / Therapy / Home Improvement Agency / Vulnerable Adult Housing & Floating Support Teams.

You will have experience of working in a senior setting with leadership, and supervisory responsibilities. Managing a large budget. Partnership working and consulting with stakeholder is a key to the role along with engaging with service users and developing services.

You will need to be qualified to degree level or equivalent.

Demonstrable experience of working in a senior setting with leadership, and supervisory responsibilities.

3-5 years' experience of managing services

Experience in managing and delivering change

Managed large and complex budgets

Experienced in working in partnership with others

Experience of consulting with key stakeholders, including service users and developing services through co-production

This role will have an element of working in office but predominantly working from home

A Disclosure and Barring (Enhanced DBS) check will be required for this role.
