ASC22031 - Specialist Social Care Services For Young People with Mental Health Needs, and Adults with Mental Health Needs.

Worcestershire County Council has recently undertaken a needs assessment of social care services for people with mental health needs. Gaps have been identified in the provision of certain types of support and we are looking to develop new services to commission.

To help with this, we are asking providers to share best practice examples of support for these types of need via two online forms (Young People and/or Adults). We will then offer you the opportunity to meet to discuss working together, should you wish.

Young People With Mental Health Needs:

One of these gaps is around services for those people aged 16 plus, with complex needs and/or challenges. They are considered vulnerable and may have an autism diagnosis. https://forms.office.com/r/ecJw4T2zy9
