The Council wishes to enter into an agreement with a contractor for the provision of containers for WEEE at two Household Waste Recycling Centres (“HWRCs”), collection of WEEE, its transportation and its final disposal or recovery. In addition, tenderers are also be asked if they can provide a service for the collection and treatment of household batteries although it is not essential.
