The Authority requires a Supplier who can provide surgical instrument decontamination and sterilisation services to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust (OHFT) across the following service areas:
| • | Podiatry Service of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust |
| • | Outpatient Clinics used by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust (OUHT) hosted by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust |
| • | Maternity Services used by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust (OUHT) hosted by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. |
The Service will include the instrument decontamination and sterilisation service provision of the following packs and single items:

| • | Podiatry packs, instruments and consumables |
| • | Supplementary consumables |
