The purpose of the market-warming event is to briefly explain to suppliers the business and technical requirements and the expected scope of the different requirements of Brent Council.

Brent Council invite providers to attend a market warming event for the provision of an Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service for Brent residents who need support to go through the complaints procedure(s) for complaints or grievance related to any aspect of care or treatment they received from any NHS funded service and health and social care service, assisting them in finding a resolution.
Requirement: Independent Advice & Guidance Service (IAG)
Brent Council invite providers to attend a market-warming event for the provision of Independent Advice & Guidance Service for residents in the London Borough of Brent who needs advice or guidance particularly around early resolution of potential problems that, without intervention, may lead to complex and distressing circumstances for residents.
Requirement: Voluntary & Community Sector Infrastructure Support Service (VCS)
