Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a supplier to provide a software modelling tool with the ability to analyse the potential costing and viability of proposed future options for schemes, ensuring they are fit for purpose, meet the expectations of our residents and maximise income.

The software must be able to analyse data for both expenditure and income to provide costed options for the future use of sheltered housing schemes. The modelling tool should be adaptable and have the flexibility for the Council staff to manage.

The software must be able to provide data sets of the information analysed and the ability to produce a report and graphs to illustrate the findings to inform decisions.

The Contract includes the supply of software and installation and Officer training.

Quotations should be received by post no later than 19th June 2017 12:00 Noon, with any queries, submitted via email to SHP@charnwood.gov.uk by no later than 8th June 2017 - 16.30hrs.
