Building Works - Rowan Rd, Manor Waye, Great Central Avenue & Long Lane

The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake the works to the following 4 properties

140. Rowan Road, West Drayton, UB7 7UE (New Build) - A new build property needs to be design and built. The planning has been completed and we need a contractor to design and build the property on site.

85. Manor Waye, Uxbridge, UB8 2BG (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to liveable standards.

46. Great Central Avenue, Ruislip, HA4 6UF (Extension and Refurbishment to DFG standards) - This property will need to be extended to add another bedroom to the property with an extra WC. The bungalow will be refurbished to DFG standards.

273. Long Lane, Uxbridge, UB10 9JS (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to livable standards.

There are no drawings and specification for the extensions that is provided, but we expect the contractor to provide a full detailed priced proposal and specification for the house extensions.
