The City of London Corporation is currently the host organisation for the London Sexual Health (LSH) Programme. This programme comprises of 31 London local authorities that are working together to transform sexual health across the city. Local authorities have commissioned Trusts across London to provide these open access services, and Trusts are remunerated by the submission of validated invoices to their local authority commissioner. From 2017, local authorities in London have commenced changing the method of remuneration to providers and this new method is the London Integrated Sexual Health Tariff .
