description
NEL Commissioning Support Unit (NEL CSU) is commissioning a review of the premises it leases to assess how appropriate the physical facilities and environment are their premises services are and potentially identify practical ways of improving access for both visitors and staff with a wide range of disabilities.
NEL CSU is also seeking to commission a 'virtual tour' for each of the specified NELCSU premises involved in the survey that a potential job applicant, CSU staff member of staff or potential visitor could access via the NELCSU website which would be a virtual portrayal of NELCSU premises. The Virtual Tour will need to summarise the CSU sites in terms of accessibility by using access icons, together with highly detailed information in relation to each of the key features of our sites. Moreover, the virtual tour will describe the disabled person's journey into and throughout our sites and includes photographs of the features covered.
The surveyors, once appointed, will work with the NEL CSU Director of Estates and Finance and the NEL CSU Ability and Inclusion Network, to provide conclusions on the impact of the Audit.
The anticipated value over the duration of the contract is up to £50,000 GBP. Bids outside of the financial envelope will score 0 marks.
