NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 December 2017 for the following reason: This notice is being withdrawn from the market due to technical issues. A new notice, for the same contract opportunity, will be published later today with the correct access codeThe University of Leicester is seeking fee proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to deliver the refurbishment and alternations required to create an outstanding Business Innovation Hub in an Edwardian building owned by the University.
The works entail the refurbishment and alteration of an Edwardian property into a high-end, 'statement' Business Innovation Hub to support the University's promotion of new business in Leicestershire agenda.
The Contract is due to start in March 2018 with completion by end June 2018.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
