Quotation for Change Academy - Change Management Qualification

As part of an on-going initiative to support and manage 'change' within the organisation, the Learning and Development team will continue the rollout of the Change Academy.

As part of the Change Academy project, we have chosen to facilitate a range of interventions around Change Management. With the aim to equip our managers with the relevant skills to advance their effective leadership styles, adopting practices to manage and coach their employees undergoing change.

Essentially the council would like the successful provider to be able to deliver a range of interventions, with a blended approach to learning. It is crucial for the Change Academy project to have a Change Management qualification delivered at foundation level.

The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.

From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the Quotation document or other related documents.
