Newham Council is looking to establish a multi-supplier framework of up to 3 Framework contractors, to supply vitamin D supplements (10-25ug/400-1000IU) to support the Council's vitamin D programme for residents aged 65 years and older. The Framework is for 4 years, totalling a 4-year term.
The procurement is subject to the light-touch regime under Section 7 Social and Other Specific Services. Under Regulation 76 the Council is free to establish a procedure, provided that procedure is sufficient to ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment of economic operators (Suppliers).
