The Council requires the provision of CCTV Monitoring Services which are carried out on a 24 hour, 365 days per year basis.
The Services shall include (but will not be limited to)
- oA CCTV monitoring service, with links to areas of West Northamptonshire and Wellingborough
- oCCTV monitoring of certain retail parks and industrial sites
- oCCTV monitoring of housing sites and other council properties
- oRetail Radio and Pubwatch links
- oSupporting the Emergency Planning of the Council.
- oGeneral monitoring of approximately 500 cameras
- oMaintaining numerous radio links
- oFire alarm testing
- oLiaison with outside bodies (e.g. Blue Light Services etc)
- oIncident reporting
- oDigital management
- oResponse to emergency call outs
- oProviding intelligence logs to the Police
- oProvision of statistical data in support of the service
- oReceiving general enquiries from members of the public
- oLiaison with other operators and camera engineers on a daily basis
- oFault logging and monitoring with all contractors
- oRadio training (members) - some travel may be required and the Contractor should provide insurance cover and travel costs
- oLiaison with internal Council departments.
