Undertake the role of Principle Contractor (PC).
Undertake all Lot 13 PDF works in liaison with other parties engaged on this scheme, to include but not limited to:
| - | Produce and maintain Work Order programme |
| - | Attend a pre-start meeting prior to commencement of works - to be organised by Client |
| - | Produce monthly spend profile, forward forecasts and calculations for any financial accruals |
| - | Liaise with Client for technical queries |
| - | Collate information for H&S File to include laying records, no need to produce As-built drawings, as this will be done by National Highways. |
