Islington Council has an existing social care case management system managed by Liquidlogic to case manage children and families in receipt of social care services as well as a single point of contact screening service for social care and early help, including a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub also supplied by Liquidlogic.
We now require an Early Help case management solution to deliver case management by a range of early help services (internal and external to the council) which is compatible with and must interface with the existing system by Liquidlogic to promote effective and efficient information sharing.
