GB-London: Q0212 Replacement of existing foul and surface water drainage pipework in KOO Block basement at University Hospital Lewisham

Type of procedure amended.(Lewisham & Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking to procure the replacement of existing foul and surface water drainage pipework in KOO Block basement at University Hospital Lewisham. The existing drainage systems located within the basement of KOO Block are of plastic construction and are subject to constant blockages. The plastic construction has resulted in numerous breakages during cleaning works. The works comprise the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new steel construction drainage systems to replace the existing plastic systems generally on a like for like basis however where improvements can be made to the existing system such as additional rodding access, improvements in falls, increased pipe sizes etc, these shall be incorporated within the design. New drainage systems shall be designed and installed so as to minimise disruption to the building and its occupants. Please confirm through the portal if you are interested in tendering.)
