Ashdene House in Englefield Green is to be redeveloped into new build accommodation for student living. The existing building is to be demolished and new accommodation provided.
This PQQ is for the architectural services to design this building, to enable a planning consent to be obtained and a Design and Build contractor procured.
A design competition will be held to enable the testing of ideas and design concepts with the successful bidder being invited to complete the design. The new building is to complement the architecture of the area, being of exemplar design, having place shaping character and sound economic credentials.
