EC1307 - Coston Primary School

The contract is for the Electrical and Mechanical works in Johnson Block to be carried out at Coston Primary School, Oldfield Lane South, Greenford, UB6 9JU. The works comprise of the following:

Electrical Works

The works will consist of initial disconnection and stripping out of the existing redundant items and thereafter the partial rewire of lighting, emergency lighting and external lighting and small power alterations etc to certain areas as well as all associated builders works and making good in accordance with the electrical consultants specification, drawings and current Building Regulations and Standards.

Mechanical Works

The works will consist of draining down, disconnection of the existing cold water system, stripping out and removal of all redundant equipment including the existing boosted cold water set, storage tank, cold water pipework and associated valves etc within the specified areas and thereafter the supply and installation of new mains cold water pipework and associated systems, builders works and making good in accordance with the mechanical consultants specification, current Building Regulations and Standards.

Both the electrical and mechanical works will be limited to the Johnson Building only.
