You are invited to submit a quotation for the Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent City Council (the Councils) Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) Sites Viability Assessment. This work will inform the councils' joint SHLAA methodology and the ongoing preparation of the councils' Joint Local Plan. This viability assessment will form part of the SHLAA process and will be carried out alongside the wider SHLAA assessment work.
