Cranford Park Visitors Information Centre Fire Damage Reinstatement

The London Borough of Hillingdon (hereinafter referred to as LBH or the council) wish to carry out refurbishment and urgent health and safety works to this site area as identified and recorded in the Schedule of Works Outline Specification (enclosed in this Pre-construction Information Pack).

The works are to undertake full refurbishment of a fire damaged visitors' information centre. The works include replacement of internal and external windows and doors. Replacement of all internal finishes to walls and soffits. Full rewiring, Replacement of kitchenette and accessible WC fittings and fixtures, wall tiling and grab rails. Throughout replace all floor coverings and decorations. External works to include replacement of Four roller shutters. Replace fascia board and roof edge trim as detailed in specification.

Replacement of fire detection and fire fighting equipment and security alarm.

The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 16 weeks on site.
