Job Description / Main Responsibilities
| o | Maintaining the RAID logs and improving quality including facilitating review meetings. |
| o | Maintain change control process. |
| o | Production of High-level reporting. |
| o | Minuting meetings, recording actions and decisions and maintaining/ driving the management of relevant trackers. |
| o | Integration of all PMO information in order to provide consistent information |
| o | Help run project checkpoint meetings and deputise for the PM as appropriate. |
| o | Communicate effectively with the immediate and wider project team |
| o | Own the project SharePoint area and ensure effective configuration management is applied. |
| o | Development and improvements to the provision of PMO support under the direction of the PM |
