Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) seeks to create a Framework for Asbestos surveys, sampling and analysis of possible asbestos containing materials and Works for the Removal of such materials and Reinstatement of disturbed areas. The contract will be let for a 12 month period and have the ability to be annually extended for a maximum of 4 years overall, subject to the performance of the Service Provider being judged completely satisfactory at the annual review.

The extension of contract will be on terms which will be negotiated based on the provision of the Contract at no increase or negotiated by no more than RPIX.
