This contract is for the expertise to lead and manage the re-tender of our IT Managed Service (ITMS) in accordance with RM6187 MCF3 Lot 6 - Procurement & Supply Chain. The requirement is to assist Nest through the process to gather service requirements, create the commercial strategy, create tender documentation, compliant with UK Public Contracting Regulations, manage the tendering process, negotiate contracts to ensure that technical and contractual requirements are robust, and manage transition from the current contract to the new contract.
