STC1131 Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services

The Authority wishes to contract with a Potential Supplier for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services across the Parliamentary Estate.

The Required Works, Services and Supplies are likely to include, but are not limited to, the following:

• oThe maintenance, by cutting, treating and feeding, of all grassed areas on the Parliamentary Estate.
• oThe planting and maintenance of all planted borders and planters/troughs on the Parliamentary Estate.
• oThe pruning and maintenance of all trees, shrubs and hedges on the Parliamentary Estate.
• oThe removal of all waste from the above activities.

The Successful Contractor must be capable of providing and coordinating the input of all of the above (and any additional similar or related) works, services and supplies necessary for delivery of the Contract within the required timescale.
