**Market Engagement**
Lancashire County Council is seeking to engage all Lancashire markets to discuss with us how they work and how they can work with Lancashire County Council to support our competition and better commercial delivery of goods, works and services.
This is not related to any individual procurement or contract but is an engagement to help Businesses understand how to work with Lancashire, and for Lancashire County Council to understand market insights which can shape how we procure / commission in the future.
Lancashire County Council plans to undertake, but does not commit to, the following market engagement activities:
Webinar on 31st March 2026 at 10:00am to 12:00pm
Face to Face event at County Hall Preston on 7th April 2026 from 10:00am until 1:00pm
The market engagement offers the opportunity to hear from the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and University of Lancashire (UCL) whilst also provides the opportunity to discuss market insights and opportunities with procurement and contract management colleagues. There will be networking opportunities and a marketplace of partners for suppliers to explore.
Feedback from suppliers via this market engagement will help inform our thinking and shape the future commercial strategy.
If you are interested in this potential opportunity, Lancashire County Council would like to engage with you.
Please register on Lancashire County Council - Meet the Buyer Event | LCC Events or email your company details to procurementcontractmanagement@lancashire.gov.uk
This is Market Engagement for to inform future commercial strategy and approaches, as such, Lancashire County Council is not obligated to run any individual procurement following this activity and is not liable for any costs associated with participating in this Early Market Engagement.
