Refurbishment of Ground Floor of Main House to provide accommodation for the Forensic Intensive Recovery Support Team (FIRST) currently based in the Community Services Building adjacent to Reaside.
Main House was constructed in 1925 and it is of traditional brick construction, two storey, surmounted with a pitched tiled roof. The Total Space Requirement for FIRST Team is approximately three-quarters of the total ground floor area available at Main House. The requirement is for a contractor to, as per design team plan, refurbish Main House as well as create parking spaces on the area opposite.
