description
The Council have been required to transform youth provision, to identify new and innovative solutions in order to maintain services within a reduced budget. The cornerstone is to create a cross sector partnership independent of the Council to secure and promote a comprehensive, evidenced based youth offer.
This RFQ requires the service to provide the following service deliverable:
| 1. | A series of development sessions for Board members-minimum number 4 |
| 2. | An operational agreement |
| 3. | An investors agreement |
| 4. | A membership options appraisal |
| 5. | An implementation/first year business plan |
| 6. | A series of consultation events ? minimum 12 sessions |
| 7. | An overview report detailing process leading to final products and overall recommendations/next steps. |
