The scope of the work involves: • Roof R1A is to be stripped back to the existing timber roof deck and installation of new insulated ICOPAL 3 layer felt system to match previous phase Installing 130mm of insulation. • The existing roof lights will be replaced with new triple skin polycarbonate rooflights. • the existing tank room doors and hall windows will be replaced. The doors will be powder coated aluminium and the windows will be white uPVC to match existing with new Teleflex winders internally to allow operation.
