description
The current site on Ravensbury Phase One consists of 50 number derelict garages and a two storey building; all of which will require demolition. The scope of works will include: ïCompletion of the design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards;
ïSite clearance, site set-up and remediation works;
ïDemolition of the existing apartment block (64-70 Ravensbury Grove) and 50 number garages;
ïConstruction of 14 number residential flats across two blocks, 4 number residential Riverfront Houses, and 3 number Mews Houses;
ïAll associated utilities works and drainage;
ïRe-alignment of Roads and Vehicular access and Parking;
ïCycle and refuse storage;
ïHard and Soft Landscaping works
