Halton Borough Council intends to procure a suitably qualified organisation, which are capable of distributing the Council?s ?Inside Halton? Magazine via ?Royal Mail? Door to Door services (three times a year) throughout the borough.
The main purpose of ?Inside Halton? Magazine is to keep Halton residents up to date with news and information within the Borough.
The requirement of Halton Borough Council is outlined below, but maybe subject to change over the period of the contract: -
