CBC-0848-Q-LM-Consultancy Support- Direct Care Services transformation. - AWARD

The provision of advice and support to our Direct Care Services to assist us in developing a vision and agreeing on the appropriate mechanism for delivering this.

Contract Location- Bedfordshire

CBC Care and Support Services provides direct care and support services to people living in Central Bedfordshire, these services include 4 older peoples care homes, a profound and multiple learning disability home, a supported living service for people with learning disabilities day centres for older people and people with learning disabilities(including a horticultural centre) a reablement service which includes support in people's homes and two brick based reablement services. We are at a cross rounds in terms of deciding how these services will be delivered in the future and we need assistance to help us decide on the most appropriate direction. Initial thoughts are that the Reablement services will be out of scope as there future is more closely aligned to the integration with the NHS but an external view would be welcomed on this
