Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) are inviting feedback from providers and an invitation to attend a market engagement event regarding the provision of a Population Health Data Management and Analytical Insights Platform.

Please note that there will be a Market Engagement Event to discuss the model and potential future opportunities on Friday 27th May 2022 at 09:00am - 09:45am via Microsoft Teams. Further details can be found within the questionnaire.

Bidders who have expressed an interest in this soft market testing exercise will have the opportunity to submit a separate response to the Contract Notice (if applicable).

The deadline for Expressions of Interest responses is by 12 midday on 25th May 2022.
